What Can A Metal Horse Barn Be Used For?

Metal Horse Barn Sizes
When it comes to horse barn sizes, there are 3 sizes that will change the width. The center section and the each lean-to. The center section has a size range of 10 feet to 40 feet wide, while the lean-tos have a range of 8 feet wide up to 15 feet wide. This gives the overall structure width a range from 26 feet wide all the way up to 70 feet wide. Generally, these structures start at 20 feet long and can be increased in length to accommodate your needs. The minimum height of the center section cannot be less than 9 feet to attach lean-tos on the sides. Usually the center section is built at 10 or 12 feet to have enough height for lean-tos work at various widths.

The structure can also be customized to have additional siding to make it enclosed on the sides. The boat shelter can also be reinforced by having having double legs and double baserails or can be upgraded to 12 gauge steel. Another option is to have the frame built at 4 feet on center vs the traditional 5 feet on center. Some other options include adding a lean to, adding custom frameouts, adding colored screws, and adding gables.
