Benefits Of Being A Limited Partner

Learning how to improve your business with our suite of tools and software that give you a competitive edge to ensure that you are following up with clients on time every time with our in house customer relationship management tools.

As limited partner you get to enjoy the benefits of promoting a national brand that's helping you succeed in the pre engineered metal building industry while minimizing the workload involved in making sales. Legacy Carports is a well known brand in the carport industry and our name alone can set you apart from many other competitors because we have a reputation for excellence. As a limited partner you can enjoy the following benefits:

Focusing on sales and not fulfillment. Our process lets you focus on networking, getting customers to interact with our brand, and allowing you to receive a commission just by helping people get the carport or metal building they want.

Having a team of support members that will help you answer questions, give you tips and tricks, and ultimately answer questions that you may have about the metal building industry.

What Is The Difference Between A Dealer And A Limited Partner?

Many metal building and carport companies allow people to become dealers for them but they lack the resources to train, help, or educate the dealer on what needs to be done, how to do it, and how to excel in this industry. That is where Legacy Carports stands apart from all the rest. We allow people to become limited partners to empower people with the tools and education to be successful while taking out the stressful and mundane activities that go with selling.

A limited partner will not have to call manufacturers to make sure the orders have been received, they will not have to keep tabs on the order process, they will not have to process orders from scratch. We take all of the mundane activities and wrap that into our partnership to help you succeed. You will simply have to help customers get a price for the building or carport they want and we will credit you for the sale when they are ready to purchase.

Limited Partner Responsibilities

As a limited partner you have a responsibility to engage with potential customers, help customers learn how our products can meet their needs, walk customers through the process while handling any questions and concerns while upholding our brand to the highest of standards. We expect our partners to carry our same enthusiasm for customer service, quality, speed, and ease of doing business.

What We Look For In Potential Partners

When we are deciding whether or not you may be a good fit for our limited partner program there are a few key points that we look for in potential partners.

1. Experience: Do you have previous experience selling metal buildings or items of a similar nature such as portable buildings, sheds, pergolas, and other similar items?

2. Location: Do you have a good location to sell metal buildings? We usually look for people who have a retail location where they are already selling items or service that are related. Examples of places that we think would be good a fit are hardware stores, portable building lots, agricultural stores, or other outdoor related retail locations such as tractor dealerships, garden and material supply yards, and even hunting and fishing stores.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Does your business have a good online presence with good reviews? We like to see that you have been selling other products with success and know how to make a customer feel satisfied with their experience.
